North Conway was a culinary delight! Also, the view from our room was stunning, with the pool and mountains right there. The room was spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring all the local eats!

Now, about those noisy neighbors—let's just say, 2 am drama isn’t what I signed up for! And the room deodorizer? A bit too much, made it hard to breathe. We shortened our visit to catch some z's.

we had a lovely stay at the colonial motel. the location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. our room was clean and comfortable, and the jetted tub was a fantastic bonus after a long day! also, the staff was really friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

We enjoyed the water park at Attitash and explored the breathtaking scenery. The bed was comfy, the pool was refreshing, and parking was easy. Perfect base for adventures, and we loved the grills for cookouts. Just a short walk to town and great service made it even better!

However, we did notice a weird smell in the room when we first arrived, but it went away after opening the windows.

the thermostat didn’t work properly.

Rooms were spotlessly clean, super comfy beds, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The pool and BBQ area were nice surprises!

The staff was super friendly and made you feel at home. I had a little hiccup with the fridge making noise but after telling them, they swapped it out quicker than you can say 'I am the one who knocks'.

It was a commendable fit for resting at all in North Conway with good price-value balance. The room was VERY clean and everything was in good working order. Keep an eye out for the affordable nightly rate in this resort area.
